Our Team

Meet our team serving H2Ozarks

  • Carin Love, President and CEO
Carin Love oversees operational functions for the three Ozarks Water & Environmental non-profit organizations: H2Ozarks, Ozarks Clean Water Company, and Ozarks Environmental Services. Returning to the area from California in 2013, she began working for H2Ozarks in January of 2016.
She grew up on Table Rock Lake and has always had a love for the beauty of the area. She is active in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband and children. In the summertime she enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her family. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to the preservation of the rich water resources that beautify the Ozarks.

  • Erin Scott, Senior Policy & Program Director
  • Arkansas
Erin Scott joined H2Ozarks in June of 2020, filling a new role in the organization as Senior Policy and Program Director. With several years working at the Arkansas Water Resources Center at the University of Arkansas, she has extensive experience with water quality in the Upper White River Basin. She is also currently pursuing her PhD in Public Policy at the University of Arkansas, which will help her identify and address current water policy issues important to the Watershed. Erin has been a member of the Board of Directors for Beaver Watershed Alliance since March of 2020, and currently serves as Chair of the Technical Committee for the Board.
Having spent most of her life in Fayetteville, Erin is passionate about protecting water and environmental quality for the community. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she can be found kayaking, riding the paved trail system, mountain biking the expanding off-road trail system, or any number of other outdoor activities.

  • Stefanie Reynolds, Program Manager
  • Arkansas
Stefanie is a native Arkansan and grew up on the White River. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Stefanie’s professional experience has been in the Consumer Products Goods industry with a more recent focus on international business development.
She has a passion for the environment and sustainable development. She loves the water and all things outdoors, including hiking, floating, swimming, and scuba diving. She also loves to travel. She enjoys sharing the beauty of nature and the world with her family and friends.

  • Jerry Harman, Program Director
  • Missouri
Jerry is a native of St. Joseph, Missouri, and a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia (M-I-Z!). In 2016, he and his wife, Lynne, moved from the St. Louis area to Kimberling City and moved into the house that Lynne’s grandparents built in 1974. Jerry’s love and passion for the outdoors and fishing brought him to H2Ozarks. In St. Louis, Jerry spent 12 years teaching youth fishing for the Missouri Department of Conservation.

He was also a Boy Scout merit badge counselor for fishing and fly fishing. Since 2018, Jerry has been a fishing guide at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys tying his own flies, kayak fishing, and fishing Lake Taneycomo and Crane Creek. Most recently, Jerry was chosen to be a Lead Mentor for The Mayfly Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that uses fly fishing as a catalyst to mentor children in foster care. Jerry will use his love for fishing as a motivator to help H2Ozarks keep our waterways clean.

  • Julia Purk, Program Assistant
  • Missouri

Julia Purk joined H2Ozarks in December of 2024 as the Program Assistant for the Missouri team. Julia is a Reeds Spring native and grew up enjoying all that Table Rock Lake has to offer. Her love for the area inspired her to pursue environmental studies and to help give back to the local wildlife. She graduated from the University of Missouri (Z-O-U!) in 2024 with a degree in Environmental Science.

Julia is a new mentor in The Mayfly Project where she hopes to help kids find an interest in conservation and environmental sciences. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and taking nature walks, but more often she can be found appreciating the outdoors from indoors.

  • Ayla Grace, Project Coordinator
  • Arkansas
Ayla Grace joined H2Ozarks in December of 2024 as the new Project Coordinator. Prior to joining H2Ozarks, she split her career between water quality research and public education. With an early interest in water quality, she earned a Master of Science degree in Biology at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville, focusing her research on aquatic ecology.
She then pursued her passion for teaching by earning her Master of Arts in Education and spent 8 years as a high school science teacher in Northwest Arkansas. Now with H2Ozarks, she coordinates the StreamSmart Citizen Science program and looks forward to utilizing her water science and educational backgrounds to help protect and improve water quality. In her free time, Ayla enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, coaching, and traveling to National Parks.

  • Olivia Schaap, Content Coordinator
  • Arkansas
Olivia Schaap joined H2Ozarks in February of 2025 as their Content Coordinator. She has a background in marketing and content writing for the water industry, and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022 with an English degree. As a born and raised Arkansan, she has a deep love for the Ozarks that she grew up surrounded by.
Olivia is a Master Naturalist with the Northwest Arkansas chapter and enjoys learning about our local natural areas. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, traveling to new places, and being outdoors.
